One of my favorite ways to celebrate an anniversary or Valentine’s day is with a personal cake decorated to look like your wedding cake in miniature. I call these little cakes babycakes- since they are small and adorable – just enough to feed two people. I made this pink and red cutie for Scottie as a surprise for her husband on Valentine’s Day.
Here is a shot of the same cake, unfrosted, with a jar of peanut butter and a can of soup for reference. I know this is a strange combo, but I just used what was in my pantry to give you an idea of the scale of the cake. It is small! Don’t worry, no peanut butter or tomato soup was used in the making of this cake.
